Diversity Peer Educators

dpe-horz-logo.pngDiversity Peer Educators is a peer education group focused on social justice topics seeking to create a culture of increased inclusion and representation of all identities at the University of Dayton. Exploring your own, and others identities and cultures, and engaging in advocacy, and allyship can make the University of Dayton a truly inclusive community.

Mission

DPE is a program that develops and brings together student leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences to drive social justice education and intergroup relations through peer-to-peer workshops, using activities that intrapersonal and interpersonally explore identities, group dynamics, and power & privilege.

Vision

DPEs, as student leaders, shape the campus environment to understand and promote diversity and inclusion, build stronger relationships within our community and peers, and contribute to the development of each student’s initiative and position in creating an equitable campus and world.
