Profile

Matt joined UD in 2007.  Prior to joining UD, Matt was an Assistant General Counsel for the University of Cincinnati.  Prior to law school Matt worked as a biochemist for Avon Products, Inc.

Matt's primary responsibilities for the UD are as the Director for UD’s Technology and Entrepreneurial Partnerships Office. There he is responsible for all matters related to intellectual property, such as protecting and licensing UD intellectual property.  Additionally he manages technology based entrepreneurship, assisting faculty and staff starting new companies.  Matt is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Dayton School of Law.
